Customer Terms & Conditions (Pilot Draft)

1. Nature of the Marketplace
MiniFlora operates as an intermediary platform connecting property owners with independent third-party horticulturalists, landscaping contractors, and nurseries. MiniFlora facilitates discovery, communication, and quotation tracking, but is not the direct employer or contractor executing site construction unless expressly agreed under an institutional contract.
2. Quotations and Commercial Agreements
All quotations submitted through the platform are indicative proposals based on initial customer requirements and preliminary site inspections. The formal contract, payment milestones, plant mortality guarantees, and project scope are finalized directly between the customer and the chosen service provider.
3. Free Pilot Service
During the initial Ahmedabad pilot validation period, submitting project requirements and reviewing matching contractor bids incurs no fees for property owners.
4. Dispute Resolution & Feedback
MiniFlora maintains an operations review mechanism to investigate contractor non-performance, unresolved site delays, or inaccurate descriptions. Feedback submitted by customers contributes directly to provider verification standing and active assignment privileges.
