When property owners or customers submit an enquiry on MiniFlora, we collect basic project data including name, contact telephone, email address, property locality, approximate budget, desired project timeline, and user-uploaded site photographs.
Collected information is utilized strictly to facilitate match identification, enable verified service providers to formulate relevant project estimates, and schedule physical site visits. MiniFlora does not sell or lease customer contact information to commercial advertising networks or third-party marketers.
Unlike open-lead aggregators, MiniFlora restricts customer contact sharing exclusively to the specific providers assigned to an enquiry after customer consent is provided on the submission form. Site photographs and general project dimensions may be reviewed by candidate contractors for preliminary feasibility without exposing exact telephone numbers.
All persistent marketplace records and enquiry metadata are stored in Supabase PostgreSQL infrastructure with Row Level Security (RLS) enforcement. Site photos are stored securely with access restricted by identifier tokens.
Customers and registered professionals may request review, modification, or complete deletion of their account records and submitted enquiries by emailing privacy@miniflora.in.
