1. Authentic Representation
Professionals joining MiniFlora must upload only authentic photographs of projects executed by their own firm or team. Fabricated portfolios, uncredited internet photographs, or deceptive experience claims will result in immediate profile suspension and removal from the Ahmedabad directory.
2. Enquiry Response Standards
Professionals assigned to an enquiry agree to acknowledge or decline the lead within 48 business hours. Unresponsive behavior or failing to contact approved clients repeatedly will lower internal matching priority.
3. Zero Pilot Commissions
During the Ahmedabad pilot phase, MiniFlora charges zero commission on project revenue won through the platform. Future subscription plans will be optional and introduced with clear advance notice.
4. Client Respect & Safety
Site inspections must be conducted respectfully in accordance with agreed dates and times. Contact information disclosed for an enquiry may not be shared with outside parties or added to general marketing tele-calling lists.
